If you have changed your mind about a purchase made on this site, or you feel you may have made a purchase by mistake, we will be happy to issue a refund. Please simply send us EMAIL within 48 business hours before the beginning of the event and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss. We will not issue any refunds for past membership tuition or course dates. Nor will we issue any refunds without receiving contact within the specified time-frame.
All payments from this site will be made through our secure, online payment processing method. We use both PayPal and Stripe to complete payment transactions, depending on the nature of the purchase. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation which will serve as your receipt.
